FABRIC INTRO: SUPRA EMBROIDERY
Hospitality and food are deeply rooted in the Georgian culture. On special occasions, the ‘supra’ is held, which is a customary and extravagant feast. The tamada is the entertaining toastmaster of the evening and leads the supra, which literally means tablecloth. While we are still waiting for our invitation to our first supra, we have created this AW21 in-house design in the meantime. It is inspired by a traditional Georgian tablecloth. The all-over embroidery was crafted in Italy while the fine cotton/merino wool fabric blend is from Portugal. The shirt is based on our all-time classic, the Flore shirt. It has a regular fit and a pointed collar.
