Za’atar

Za’atar is widely celebrated in the Middle East and plays an important part in the regional cuisine. While slight variations in the blend exist, its foundation always consists of thyme, toasted sesame, and sumac. Whether sprinkled on salads, mixed with olive oil, or spread over freshly baked bread, Za’atar adds versatility and a delightful burst of flavour to any dish.
