SOUVENIR SHOP PERU
October 24th 2024

The Souvenir Shop is a non-profit project that highlights carefully selected, handmade goods created by local artisans, small businesses, and Indigenous communities featured in our collections. For AW24, the rich culture and craftsmanship of Peru served as the primary inspiration. Each item in this collection is sourced directly from craft markets and Indigenous artisans, bringing a touch of Peruvian heritage to the world. The selection includes pieces such as beautiful rugs from San Tomas, artisanal Maras salts, intricate wall hangings, local delicacies and a variety of unique products crafted from Peruvian sourced wool and Peru’s famed material: alpaca.

All proceeds from this project are donated to the Centro de Textiles Tradicionales del Cusco (CTTC), an organization dedicated to preserving traditional Andean weaving. The CTTC works hand-in-hand with Indigenous weavers, providing fair wages, essential resources, and platforms to display their textiles. This support helps safeguard their cultural heritage while improving the economic wellbeing of their communities. Through the Souvenir Shop, we aim to contribute to the ongoing preservation of these remarkable traditions.
