Upright Chicken Roaster

An original chicken roaster ceramic, made by local artisans. Not only is this a beautiful ceramic, but it also aids in achieving a perfectly crisp roast chicken. Filling the roaster with wine, beer or your favorite marinade and placing a whole chicken upright on the vase results in crispy skin and a chicken that has been deliciously infused from within. A small recipe sheet comes with the roaster.
