THIRD DROP
We continue our journey through Jordan and present the third drop of our SS23 collection Wadi Rum.
The drop’s colour inspiration dips into traditional Jordanian cuisine. Reinterpreted through AKOG-specialty fits and materials, it includes the textured seersucker fabrics sumach stripe and nutmeg, our popular waffle fabric in ginger and shirts in the colours tea leaf and desert sage.
More exquisite short-and long-sleeve shirts are coming in beautifully crafted crochet lace and further popular Ferrini polos with their distinctive knitted pattern. Two embroidery designs – sunset caravane and kissing camels – were exclusively developed by our in-house design team and tell the story of our journey through the Jordanian desert.
Eye-catching details show as a delicate lace hem of our Gioia shirt, whose white and red contrast design is inspired by the colours of traditional Jordanian clothing. Further subtle details are small thread buttons, as well as denim jackets with knitted and hand-crocheted collars.
Pants come in various summery seersucker fabrics and stonewashed linen, together with our ever-popular and much-demanded Terek Jeans. This time, the classy style also comes as a cropped version for those who don’t want to let go of their favourite denim pants, even on a hot summer’s day.
