MONGOLIAN HORSE RIDING
OCTOBER 30TH 2025
the golden heartbeat of the Mongolian steppe
With this very moment, we captured the golden heartbeat of the Mongolian steppe.
For the AW25 Altai Mirage collection, this silent conversation is one of our inspirations.
A reminder that the most connections are made by a daily dialogue of trust and care.
During our journey we found a silent, ancient dialogue between a rider and his horse.
A constant refrain followed us across our journey:
"You must meet the rider, you must see these beautiful horses".
He was spoken of as a master of an equestrian art form honed over millennia.
When he appeared, it was with quiet authority.
Moving through the Tachi herd, his language was one of subtle gestures and calming tones.
His choice was not an act of capture, it was an act of mutual recognition and trust.
A Tachi horse is never mere transport, it is a survival partner and an extension of the rider's soul.
This is a partnership forged in the crucible of the Mongolian steppe.
The horse rider provides care and direction, the horse offers its strength and endurance.
The Mongolian wild horses can cover over hundred kilometers a day
and thrive in temperatures that drop below –40°C
and still, providing, warmth.
