JOB DESCRIPTION
- Co-development of two main collections per year, including design concepts as well as material and color selection
- Creating technical drawings
- Responsibility for a total of approx. 20 - 30 styles per season, including technical sketches, measurement charts, and detailed specifications; across all product groups with a focus on jersey and knitwear. This includes the development of own designs.
- Developing worksheets for sampling
- Creation and maintenance of colors, materials, and trims in the PDM system
- Preparation of sales materials including product descriptions
- Selection of colors and materials with a strong focus on quality, durability, and responsible production
- Coordinating fittings and assisting in communication of changes to suppliers
- Ensuring quality standards and monitoring product quality during the sampling process
- Collaboration and price negotiations with manufacturers during the sampling process
- Supporting fashion shoots for newly developed collections
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Completed (Master’s) degree in fashion design or a comparable field; bonus if completed training as a tailor or womenswear tailor
- 1+ years of experience in design, development or product management
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel and ERP systems
- Business fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus
- Independent, driven, and proactive
- Team player with open, appreciative communication and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration as well as strong organizational skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Content Manager with a strong visual sensibility to shape and maintain the visual presence of A KIND OF GUISE across all digital channels. You will be responsible for curating, organizing, and distributing brand imagery, from studio lookbooks and seasonal campaigns to behind-the-scenes content, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful visual narrative.
Working closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce, you will translate imagery into coherent stories across Instagram, newsletters, and internal platforms. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured, independent way of working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary archivist and curator for all brand photography
- Review, select, and organize imagery from campaigns, lookbooks, and behind-the-scenes shoots
- Develop and maintain a clear distribution plan for visual assets across all core platforms
- Craft a cohesive Instagram feed and Stories narrative through precise image selection, sequencing, and copywriting
- Select and layout imagery for email newsletters to create product- or story-driven narratives
- Ensure a consistent, on-brand visual language across all channels while adapting content to each platform
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library as a structured, searchable resource
- Ensure all published visuals and copy strictly adhere to the brand’s aesthetic standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Completed studies in visual communication, media, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual curation, photo editing, copywriting, or content coordination — ideally within fashion, design, or photography
- Exceptional eye for composition, detail, and narrative flow, with a strong understanding of the A KIND OF GUISE visual language
- Confident working with Instagram, email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo), and CMS systems (e.g. Shopify)
- Fluent in English and German
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to managing large volumes of digital assets

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and nurture relationships with international wholesale partners, ensuring a high level of service and communication
- Oversee the complete wholesale process from order placement to delivery, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness
- Act as the main contact for key accounts, providing regular updates, support, and follow-ups
- Coordinate closely with logistics and accounting teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing
- Handle post-sales communication including returns, claims, and special requests
- Plan, allocate, and track sample sets for sales campaigns, tradeshows, and showroom appointments
- Support seasonal sales campaigns by preparing order sheets, line sheets, and sell-in materials
- Track and analyze sales performance (sell-in & sell-through) to identify trends, opportunities, and reorders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align production, stock availability, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and wholesale KPIs to support strategic planning

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in business, fashion management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in wholesale operations, key account, or international sales management (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Zedonk or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Munich store, contributing to a consistent, welcoming, and high-quality in-store experience aligned with A KIND OF GUISE’s standards.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service through strong product knowledge, thoughtful clienteling, and personal engagement before, during, and after purchase.
- Act as a key point of contact for the store team, supporting daily coordination, motivation, and smooth communication.
- Assist with visual merchandising and in-store storytelling; ensure guidelines are implemented accurately while maintaining a strong sense of detail and aesthetics.
- Support inventory management including deliveries, stockroom organization, replenishment, and stock accuracy; oversee POS and stock procedures in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Contribute to achieving store targets by supporting sales performance, conversion, and KPI tracking, helping translate goals into daily action.
- Take an active role in onboarding, training, and supporting store staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Support and occasionally lead opening and closing routines, cash handling, and operational procedures according to company guidelines.
- Assist during product launches, events, and local activations in close coordination with the Store Manager and Office.
