JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and nurture relationships with international wholesale partners, ensuring a high level of service and communication
- Oversee the complete wholesale process from order placement to delivery, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness
- Act as the main contact for key accounts, providing regular updates, support, and follow-ups
- Coordinate closely with logistics and accounting teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing
- Handle post-sales communication including returns, claims, and special requests
- Plan, allocate, and track sample sets for sales campaigns, tradeshows, and showroom appointments
- Support seasonal sales campaigns by preparing order sheets, line sheets, and sell-in materials
- Track and analyze sales performance (sell-in & sell-through) to identify trends, opportunities, and reorders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align production, stock availability, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and wholesale KPIs to support strategic planning
- Maintain and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Keep a proactive and solution-oriented approach in all partner interactions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in business, fashion management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in wholesale operations, key account, or international sales management (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Zedonk or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Passionate about fashion and building strong, long-term partnerships

- Sourcing fabrics, trims, and packaging materials
- Assisting in ordering fabrics and trims
- Creating technical drawings
- Developing worksheets for production
- Assisting in planning, managing, and supervising the production process to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinating fittings and assisting in communication of changes to suppliers
- Ensuring quality standards and monitoring product quality
- Maintaining constant communication with manufacturers during the production process
- Supporting fashion shoots for newly developed collections
- Assisting in dispatching the collection
- Regular trips to production sites
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Completed studies with a textile focus or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in development or product management
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and ERP systems
- Business fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus
- Independent, driven, and proactive

- Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience that reflects A KIND OF GUISE’s standards.
- Build, coach, and schedule the team; set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback and training.
- Drive sales through exceptional clienteling, product knowledge, and service—before, during, and after purchase.
- Oversee visual merchandising and in-store storytelling; ensure guidelines are executed with precision.
- Manage inventory, deliveries, stockroom processes, and shrinkage control; ensure accurate POS procedures.
- Track and report KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV, sell-through); translate insights into clear actions.
- Coordinate with HQ on launches, events, and local activations; ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
- Maintain store standards: cleanliness, maintenance, H&S compliance, cash management, and opening/closing routines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, neighbors, and local community to grow a loyal customer base.
- Deep understanding of A KIND OF GUISE products and brand philosophy.
- Proven retail leadership experience in premium or luxury fashion.

- Overseeing and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across shipping, logistics, and general administration.
- Keeping track of stock in warehouse in other locations
- Managing stock levels precisely for webshop, retail and wholesale operations, including accurate inventory tracking.
- Receiving and handling deliveries, ensuring all goods are processed efficiently.
- Preparing and coordinating shipments for webshop, wholesale and retail orders.
- Providing professional and timely support for phone and email inquiries.
- Ensuring effective communication between retail stores, wholesale partners, and other departments.
- Handling administrative tasks related to logistics, inventory, and operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on operational performance and stock movement.

- Supporting the webshop manager in ensuring efficient logistics operation Assisting in the precise management of stock, including tracking, organization, and replenishment
- Efficiently packing and dispatching online orders from the logistic centre Ensuring timely and accurate reception, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
- Coordinating with logistics providers and carriers for smooth transportation of goods.
- Assisting in the analysis and reporting of logistics and warehouse metrics Ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse, logistics providers, and the webshop.
- Handling incoming deliveries, verifying contents, and ensuring proper storage Addressing phone and email inquiries related to stock availability, delivery status, and other logistics-related queries.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Familiarity with AKOG products and a dedication to the brand’s philosophy Strong logistical and organizational capabilities, with an emphasis on warehouse management
