JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager who takes full ownership of our webshop — operationally and commercially. You will ensure the shop runs flawlessly day-to-day while actively driving growth through performance marketing and continuous optimisation.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and marketing. You are not just managing a shop — you are shaping how it performs. From product setup to campaign execution and performance analysis, you will be responsible for making sure everything connects and delivers results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the day-to-day operations of the webshop, ensuring a smooth and error-free customer experience
- Upload and maintain products (titles, descriptions, images, categories, pricing) to a consistently high standard
- Manage and monitor product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta, ensuring campaigns run without disapprovals
- Ensure new products go live quickly and out-of-stock products are removed or paused across all channels immediately
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders flow correctly and issues are resolved fast
- Track and analyse performance across key metrics such as conversion rate, return rate, and campaign ROAS
- Identify underperforming products or pages and improve content, imagery, and structure to increase conversion
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google and Meta
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved commercial performance
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
- Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly on Google and Meta
- Solid understanding of product feeds and catalogue management (Google Merchant Center, Meta)
- Confident working with performance data and translating insights into actions
- Highly organised, structured, and independent in their way of working
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance operational detail and commercial thinking
- Fast and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Comfortable working across teams, particularly with logistics and operations
- Fluent in English; German is a plus

We’re looking for a Webshop Operations Manager who takes full ownership of all operational processes behind our webshop.
You ensure that everything runs smoothly after the customer clicks “buy” — from order processing to delivery, returns, and customer communication. The role is hands-on and detail-driven, with a strong focus on reliability, structure, and execution.
You will work at the intersection of customer service, warehouse, and internal systems, making sure operations are tight, issues are solved quickly, and the overall experience meets our standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the full order lifecycle from incoming orders to successful delivery
- Oversee returns and exchanges, ensuring fast and accurate processing
- Handle customer service across all channels (email, platform tools), ensuring clear and timely communication
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows
- Monitor deliveries, resolve shipping issues, and proactively handle delays or errors
- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy across systems

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will take ownership of the production process from development handover to final delivery. You will coordinate suppliers, monitor timelines and quality, and ensure that each product is developed and produced to the required standard.
This role requires a strong understanding of textiles, product construction, and production workflows, as well as a structured and proactive way of working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the production process from order placement to final delivery
- Source fabrics, trims, and packaging materials
- Place orders for fabrics, trims, and related production components
- Create technical drawings and production worksheets
- Plan, supervise, and follow up on production timelines and deliveries

PROFILE
- Completed studies with a focus on textiles, fashion, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of experience in production management
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and ERP systems
- Business fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus

- Manage and nurture relationships with international wholesale partners, ensuring a high level of service and communication
- Oversee the complete wholesale process from order placement to delivery, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness

We’re looking for a Content Manager with a strong visual sensibility to shape and maintain the visual presence of A KIND OF GUISE across all digital channels. You will be responsible for curating, organizing, and distributing brand imagery, from studio lookbooks and seasonal campaigns to behind-the-scenes content, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful visual narrative.
Working closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce, you will translate imagery into coherent stories across Instagram, newsletters, and internal platforms. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured, independent way of working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary archivist and curator for all brand photography
- Review, select, and organize imagery from campaigns, lookbooks, and behind-the-scenes shoots
- Develop and maintain a clear distribution plan for visual assets across all core platforms
- Craft a cohesive Instagram feed and Stories narrative through precise image selection, sequencing, and copywriting
- Select and layout imagery for email newsletters to create product- or story-driven narratives
- Ensure a consistent, on-brand visual language across all channels while adapting content to each platform
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library as a structured, searchable resource
