The Essential Bag is the smaller of the two. 3 litres. 25 by 20 centimetres. It’s compact, and about quick, instinctive access. So we gave it multiple pockets inside and out. Keys, phone, wallet, a small notebook: each with its own place. No digging. It has both a handheld loop and an adjustable crossbody strap, so it can shift from a morning walk to an evening out without going home to swap bags.

The 3-Way Tote is its adaptable counterpart. About 8 litres. 38 by 41 centimetres. The idea was to create something that moves with you throughout the day. The strap system took time to get right. It tucks away with a snap button when you want to carry it by hand, extends for the shoulder, and converts fully into a backpack when you need both hands free: on a bike, with a child, carrying coffee. The main compartment is generous, but we added two internal pockets to keep everything organized. It’s a bag that doesn’t force you to decide your entire day in the morning.

Both are handmade in Bavaria, by the same small manufacturers we’ve worked with for years. We see the consistency in the stitching, the way the fabric is handled.

They are available now in Berlin and Munich, and online. But more than that, they are available to become part of someone’s daily rhythm.
